Debuting on the hip-hop charts this week is Yung Joc, coming in at No. 3. The newest addition to the ATL movement has hit the scene hard with his #1 hit, "It's Going Down." After top-ten video spins and decent radio rotation, New Joc City has hit up the sales department at 148,532 in its first week, according to Nielsen's SoundScan.
