You will also be able to get information about where Rick & Bubba got to get food they love. This book also includes some of Ricks & Bubba’s favorite recipes for you to share with your family.
I liked that this book makes you think about the choices you make when it comes to food. This book lets you know that when you are on a diet you don’t have to give up everything you eating. I wish the book would have done less talking about the foods, and represented more recipes for people. I also think that the chapters were kind of boring, but the book did include some funny jokes. The overall message of the book was inspiring because it let me know that we don’t have to restrict ourselves from certain foods. We have to do is just eat the foods we love in moderation. I would recommend this to others because it includes some interesting recipes they might want to try out.
